申请条件（EE）
- 居住在加拿大境外，或居住在加拿大境内并拥有在加拿大的合法身份证明，不是难民申请人；
- 拥有有效的EE申请编号及Job Seeker Code;
- 英语或法语至少达到CLB 7的语言水平；
- 满足以下工作经验要求：
- 无论是从加拿大境内还是境外申请，在过去五年中，必须在所申请的职业领域有至少一年的高技能相关工作经验；
- 满足萨省的执业许可要求（如适用）；
- 具备与萨省工作offer相关的高等教育学历（硕士或学士学位、大学/学院三年制学位、大学/学院/技工或技术学校两年制文凭），以下非监管职业也可考虑接受至少两年制的非相关高等教育学历：
- 加拿大境外学历需提供ECA学历认证；
- 证明有在萨省工作并居住的打算；
- 持有一份符合条件的长期全职医疗卫生工作offer，雇主已完成雇主职位评估（EPA）。
