The fees for Desktop Audit are non-refundable and GST free and are as follows:
- Form A1 - $310.00
- Form A2 - $310.00
- From A3 - $210.00
- Form A4 - $510.00
第二阶段 Competency Based Assessment 可部分退回
The fees for Competency Based Assessment are partially refundable and GST free and are as follows:
- Part 1 Written Basic Competency - $810.00
- Part 2 Written Clinical Competency - $810.00
- Part 3 Practical Clinical Competency - $1810.00
支付方式：支票、银行汇票、邮政汇票。
注意：不接受信用卡支付！
