AIQS评估要求
澳洲AIQS工料测量师职业评估分为三类（Pathway1,Pathway2,Pathway3）：
- Pathway 1:在澳洲完成AIQS认可专业的申请人，不需要相关工作经验和雅思成绩。
- Pathway 2:在澳洲完成非AIQS认可专业的申请人，需要毕业后有2年相关工作经验。
- Pathway 3:境外无澳洲学历的申请人，毕业后在近10年内有2年相关工作经验。
学历要求：
- Pathway 2:澳洲境内学历；本科及硕士学位（Bachelor's or Post-Graduate Degree）；工料测量相关专业（Quantity surveying or allied profession）。
- Pathway 3:一般要求工程测量或建筑管理与经济学专业本科或硕士学位（Quantity Surveying or Construction Management and Economics）
AIQS定义的工料测量相关专业(quantity surveying or allied profession)包括：建筑(Architecture)，筑建（Building），工程（Engineering），成本工程（Cost Engineering），经济学（Economics），土地经济（Land Economy），建筑管理（Construction Management）或类似学科。

语言要求：
Pathway 3(境外AIQS职业评估申请人)：AIQS 提交时需要雅思4个6的成绩，A类或G类均可，2年之内获得。有雅思后才能递交。
加新爱英美护照持有者、澳洲学历获得者，免除语言要求。
